Blessed Mother Maria Clara is a significant figure in the catholic faith and her feast day is celebrated with great enthusiasm around the world. The feast celebration at our school was a joyous occasion. The celebration aimed to honour and commemorate the life and contributions of Blessed Mother Maria Clara, a revered figure known for her selfless service and dedication.

ACTIVITIES

PRAYER SERVICE

The day commenced with a special prayer service by the students of grade XII. The faculty and students gathered to reflect on the virtues of Mother Maria Clara. The service included hymes, reading and a moment of silence to pay tribute to her inspiring legacy.

SKIT

To add a festive touch to the celebration students showcased their talents through cultural performance inspired by Mother Maria Clara’s teaching . A skit depicting the life of Mother Maria Clara was enacted by the students.

It conveyed and the importance of helping others.

BIBLE  READING

The students read verses from the Bible highlighting the importance for the kindness and helping.

After the prayer service, snacks was given to all the students. The school closed for the students at 11.00 a.m.

MASS AT CHURCH

A special mass was organized at St. Joseph’s Church, barracks for all the faculty members. The mass commenced  at 11.30 a.m. Father Arocia samy presided over the mass and Father William was the special guest. The mass concluded at 1.00 p.m.

Father Arocia samy delivered an insightful and motivational talk on the life of Mother Maria Clara. He shared anecdotes and emphasized the relevance of Mother Maria Clara’s teaching in today’s world.

FEAST AND FELLOWSHIP

A communal feast was orgainsed at the church premises for the staff and students in the choir. All came together and camaraderie .

CONCLUSION

The Mother Maria Clara Feast celebration was resounding success, fostering a sense of gratitude, unity and spiritual reflection within the school. By commemorating Mother Maria Clara’s life and values, the celebration served as a reminder to uphold the principles of compassion, service and education in our daily lives.
