14.09.2024 – “National Hindi Day” was observed on 14 September 2024. To mark the celebration, Inter –School debate competition was organized by Lawrence school, Ooty. Two students from our school, Suhashini of Grade X and Adidev of grade IX participated in the competition. They were guided by Ms. Prabha, Hindi faculty. The topic for the debate was
Each participant was given four minutes to deliver their speech. Suhashini spoke for the topic ad Adidev was against it. Our students displayed exceptional eloquence and argumentative skills while presenting their competition was judged by a panel of experienced judges. Master Adidev secured the 3rd position and Miss. Suhashini secured the 4th place. They were awarded with trophies. Overall, our students secured the 1st place and were presented with the “Lawrence Shield”.
