An online guidance programme for the adolescent girl children was organized by the District Educational Officer. The programme was scheduled for two hours from 11.00a.m. to 1.00 p.m. All the necessary arrangement were made in the school campus. Girl students from grade Vi to XII were eligible for the guidance programme. The programme was conducted by renowned doctors and the children by interact with the doctors online on their physical and mental health.
The programme aimed t cover the various issues related to adolescent AUB and PCO, adolescent nutrition, adolescent vaccination, anemia, menstrual hygiene teen safety and social and mental health issue among adolescents. All the class teachers along with the students attended the guidance programme.
