Tamil recitation competition was organized by providence college, coonoor. Students from various school participated in the competition . Ten students from grade VI –VIII from our school participated in the competition. The competition aimed to foster appreciation for Tamil language and its literary heritage among school students. It provided a platform for participants to showcase their proficiency in Tamil pronunciation, intonation and expression through Tamil poems.
Among the ten students , T.Sadhana of grade VIII secured the third place and she was awarded with a cash prize of 500 for her exemplary performance . All the participants were awarded with certificates.
