Grace and Devotion: Honouring the Feast of St. Clare of Assisi
On the 11th of August, 2026, our campus radiated with joy and reverence as the school community united to celebrate the feast day of St. Clare of Assisi, the beloved patron of Yellow House whose legacy of faith and compassion continues to inspire all. Commencing with a solemn prayer service on the grounds, the festivities unfolded through a dedicated hymn, an insightful theatrical presentation portraying her transformative life mission, and a vibrant interpretive dance by Yellow House students that vividly encapsulated her inspiring journey. The highlight of the commemoration featured a solemn procession led by the sisters carrying a portrait of St. Clare to the stage, ultimately concluding with closing prayers and a collective recommitment to honouring her enduring values of selfless service and spiritual devotion.



Champions of Freedom: Celebrating the 80th Independence Day
On the 15th of August, 2026, our institution resonated with immense national pride as the community commemorated the 80th Independence Day, with the entire morning’s proceedings orchestrated by the students of grade VIII. The celebrations commenced with a ceremonial flag hoisting followed by the national anthem sung in unison, creating an atmosphere of deep patriotism across the campus in front of an audience comprising grades VI through IX and XI. Demonstrating stellar leadership, the grade VIII cohort coordinated the event seamlessly, featuring inspiring speeches on the sacrifices of freedom fighters, vibrant patriotic dance performances set to popular melodies, spirited group song renditions, and eloquent student portrayals of legendary heroes. The memorable observance concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by a grade VIII learner, alongside the joyous distribution of sweets that left everyone with a profound sense of national unity and pride.


Splendour of the South: Celebrating Onam with Traditional Fervour
On the 25th of August, 2026, our campus vibrated with the rich cultural colours, traditional zest, and festive cheer of Onam, with the entire programme wonderfully orchestrated by the students of Grade VII. The joyous celebration brought the school community together to honour heritage, featuring vibrant cultural expressions such as teachers adorned in traditional Onam attire and intricate, colourful pookolam designs carpeting the floors. The festive atmosphere was further enriched by lively traditional dances, an engaging theatrical skit depicting the legendary tale of King Maveli, and eloquent speeches delivered by the seventh graders that highlighted the profound cultural significance of the harvest festival.
